Our Services
We provide direct assistance/resources for individuals experiencing homelessness. Our services are centered on those who are transgender and gender non-conforming. THAP can provide up to $500 per person, per year as a stipend toward housing costs (rent, housing app fees, utility payments etc.) for those approved through our application process. The number of individuals we can provide funding to is dependent on the availability of funds. Our staff can also assist with connection to other community and governmental resources, such as SNAP and HOPWA.

Our case manager will then reach out to you to complete in-take and then advise of next steps.
